It’s a space for conversation, setting intentions, and arriving fully in the present moment.
II. The Microdose Journey: Subtle Shifting
Guided by our licensed facilitators, the second phase introduces a sub-perceptual microdose. This is designed to gently lower the barriers of the analytical mind, fostering a state of increased neuroplasticity and openness. During this window, we engage in guided exercises, ranging from somatic movement to contemplative journaling, allowing you to observe your internal landscape with newfound clarity.
III. The Group Low-Dose Journey: Deepened Resonance
The experience culminates in a collective low-dose journey. This phase is designed to deepen the sensory and emotional experience while maintaining a "conversational" level of awareness. Set against a backdrop of curated soundscapes and supportive facilitation, this group ritual aims to harmonize the cohort’s energy, creating a profound sense of interconnectedness.
